  4. E: 4 subtitles should be a char string to serve as the project title (until the user changes it). Title vanishes at "Save as".
  5. E: the user should be able to optionally specify his/her own title. Store the title with the inputs. (3)
  6. E: eliminate 2 redundant rows & edit boxes (1st & 2cd "mortgage term in years"). (2)
  7. E: install at the QKW.com server. (4+)
  8. C: since we are changing the C# structure & that is tedious, consider what other changes we should anticipate.
  9. Second Priority
  10. C: can we generate the C# code like the "make" function is created (GugForm & TCRQ) so we can easily create variations.
  11. C: identify inputs to adjust for inflation or choice of currency and revise CallGugScript.
  12. E: add edit box for currency (Dollars, Euros, Yuan, Eng.Pound, Tanzanian shilling, etc.) When demo data is chosen, convert it. (4)
  13. C: decide how to store user's choice of currency &/or language.
  14. C: top priority for Carl will be to start getting some usage of this form & model.
  15. E: help system should be available for every edit box. Can help be a URL ? That way we only need to maintain it in 1 place. (4)
  16. E: printing the page is not intuitive & easy. We need to improve this. (2-3)
  17. E: when in "print out" view, one can change the edit boxes but the "calc" button doesn't work. Turn off edit boxes ? (2)
  18. E: when I see the print option on good American websites, it is always "Print", not "Printout". Let's use "Print".
  19. E: the user might store his data in lots of places. Would be nice if the left data column kept track of them. (1 dir, 4)
  20. C: the model produces Joe's numbers, but when I try to turn off all subsidies, the LIHTC persists. Why ?
  21. Commercial Properties (I'm doubting that this makes sense, we need a different format for ROI.)
  22. This form can be used with commercial property if we allow 2 decimals on output. Can that be a user option (edit box)? (4)
  23. How clarify which inputs require a specific program (LIHTC) ? Put blue or red dot at end of each pvRT row ? Blue=general.
  24. C: create demo datasets for commercial properties (hotel, retail, office, industrial, warehouse, techlab).
  25. So far we assume the model should calculate rent; the model can take rent as an input. Add edit box line 14 ? ROI ?
  26. Create a new model wherein rent is an input and return on investment is an output (ROI).
  27. Option for Other Languages
  28. Add edit box for language, then create a French version. (12+4/language)
  29. Eric's daughter has a video of her Dad doing the C# programming on this. (sounds like French to me)
